The Zero Energy houses are 105m² large and energy neutral, by use of the latest installations. Besides the type with storeys, there is also a single storey type which is ideally suited to senior living.
The houses are located in residential area ”De Draai” at Heerhugowaard, and were rented out in no time.

Factory made houses are the future, says Belle Vue Energy’s developer Danny Diemeer. This product is a completely finished house of 105m², including installed bathroom and kitchen, central heating and toilet. Light switches, baseboards, the whole package, all straight from the factory.
CONCRETE
Both ground floor and first floor are made of concrete and provided with floor heating. The walls have high grade insulation finished with fibre plasterboard. Testing shows that there is practically no sound transmission room-to-room, and no sound transmission between floors. Windows are all triple glazed and isolation values meet or exceed the standard.
