Serial production through application of prefabricated bathrooms instead of traditionally made ones, is an option which is increasingly applicated in projects. The serial production method allows efficient and competitive production of high quality bathrooms, indistinguishable from traditionally made ones.
The bathrooms are produced in series by Ursem, and completely finished with tiling, sanitary installations and accessories. In cooperation with our partner, Schouten Techniek, the bathroom is provided with a technical compartment with all necessary installations for central heating, ventilation, water and electricity. After testing and approval of the bathrooms they are wrapped in waterproof packaging material and prepared for transport to the building site.
The bathrooms will be delivered on the building site just-in-time, and hauled to the proper floor.
