Customer Dutch Housing Company has developed and realised a new building project of 43 owner occupied apartments together with architect Mulleners & Mulleners at Laakhaven-West Den Haag.
All 43 luxury apartments, as well as 2 units for general facilities, were produced by Ursem Modulaire Bouwsystemen in the Wognum factory. The units were delivered to full satisfaction end 2018.

Urban Living iLofts at the Calandkade is an innovative living concept for affordable housing for starters who want to buy an apartment. The design and concept are optimised for the target group. iLofts is a smal, distinctive complex. It consists of two sturdy buildings with 43 owner occupied apartments of 40m² each and two great roof terraces for common use. Furthermore there are 14 parking spaces at ground surface.
