Ursem’s modular building systems are equivalent for traditional construction and are developed according to the same building regulations. A major difference however, is the production time at the building site, which is almost halved. The Ursem systems are suitable for many purposes.

The New Building stands for factory production and on site fitting. Ursem has sophisticated products that form the basis for the Ursem3D Building system. These products are constantly evaluated, tested and optimized.
16.500 M² OF AUTOMATED PRODUCTION PROCESS
The elements and units are produced in an automated process under ideal conditions, thus maintaining high quality and a strict planning. Under optimum logistical conditions, each day several units ready made with bathroom, kitchen, technical equipment and facade are produced. The Ursem production process ensures limited and manageable waste streams. From the factory the units are delivered just-in-time to the construction site.
LOCATION
At the building site, Team Modulair will assemble and configurate the units into a building. The building system ensures fast and efficient realisation and minimal inconvenience at location, and costs remain manageable.
