In the course of 2019 Ursem will supply 20 prefabricated houses, on behalf of Belle-Vue Energy. This will be the third delivery of Zero Energy houses to this client; this time they are destined for a new building plan in the ”Delftlanden” district at Emmen (click here for the project site).
The 105m² floor area size houses of are not connected to the gas network and have zero consumption on the electrometer due to the application of the latest installations. Besides the multi-storey house there is also a single-storey type, which will be eminently suitable as senior accommodation.
It is expected that production of the completely finished houses will take about 2 months, after which they will be fitted and assembled within 3 weeks.

Factory made houses are the future, says Belle Vue Energy’s developer Danny Diemeer. This product is a completely finished house of 105m², including installed bathroom and kitchen, central heating and toilet. Light switches, baseboards, the whole package, all straight from the factory.
CONCRETE
Both ground floor and first floor are made of concrete and provided with floor heating. The walls have high grade insulation finished with fibre plasterboard. Testing shows that there is practically no sound transmission room-to-room, and no sound transmission between floors. Windows are all triple glazed and isolation values meet or exceed the standard.
