Ursem Construction Group (1939) is a family owned business that combines experience and expertise in traditional construction and modern methods of construction (MMC) in one corporation. Ursem has a team of over 200 people and an annual turnover of over 70 million euros.

Combined expertise
Sometimes proof is provided in buildings that have exclusively been built with modular systems or prefab elements, oter times the buildings are made by use of a combination of modular systems and traditional construction methods. This constitutes the force of Ursem: during design, engineering and work preparation, we are constantly weighing which construction method will offer our customer the most optimum solution, in future use, pricing and cosntruction time.
